Where do I get the sacred text in the PvP mission?

I cannot seem to find this quest objective. Does anyone know where to find the sacred text for the PvP faction mission?

• If you open your map, you should see a blue icon without a number that will take you to the box that contains the sacred text. After you pick it up, another blue icon will appear for the drop off location.
