How long is an in-game hour?

I'm training some skills and I'm wondering how long it's going to take to read a 200 hour book. How many IRL minutes/hours is a in-game hour?

• An in-game minute is roughly 8 seconds I believe. So an in-game hour is 8 minutes. One thing to note, though. Books are IRL hours. If you see it going down faster, that means you're leveling it up alongside the book reducing the time it takes to get to 70.
